Can you repair a broken iPhone screen?

Why isn’t my iPhone charging?

Charging issues are quite common as the charging connection on the phone may be worn out or the battery on the phone may be malfunctioning.

Both charging ports and batteries can be replaced by our technicians.

Can I change the battery on my iPhone?

Yes, batteries can be changed by our technicians.

Don’t throw your phone out because it’s not holding charge, just replace the battery and get the phone working properly again.

Is my iPhone waterproof?

No , iPhones are not waterproof, at best they are water resistant.

You can’t take it swimming or in the shower. The seal on the phones may handle a quick spill, but unfortunately long periods in water can be very bad for the phone, as the gaskets on the phones dry out and the charging ports do get corroded over time.

What do I do if my phone drops into water?

If you drop the phone in water take it to a service technician ASAP. Reason being the battery on the phone will cause corrosion almost immediately, your best bet is get it into us right away .

You hear stories about rice and yes it eventually will help dry the phone out. But by the time it’s dry the inside of the phone can be so damaged it has no way of being repaired.

Can you repair a microphone or a speaker on the iPhone?

Yes, our technician can replace or clean the speaker as needed as well as clean or replace the microphone.

If that doesn’t repair the sound on the iPhone it may be a chip on the motherboard that is not operating well.

In that case we will send the phone to our lab and have the component changed that is causing the problem.

My iPhone screen touch isn’t working can this be repaired?

Yes, in most cases the screen is the issue, and a iphone screen replacement can fix the issue. Sometimes the phone just needs a reset battery pull, or on rare occasions the chip the controls the touch may have to replaced.

The problem can be related to a few things namely, bad battery, bad charge port , bad screen, motherboard problem.

Bring the phone to us. We will diagnose the issue, let you know the solution and get you back up and running.

How long is your warranty on iPhone repair?

We offer 90 days limited warranty on all repairs

It covers our labour and parts.

The one thing to note is if you drop your phone and break your screen after we have repaired it that is not covered.

We cover parts to work as long as physical damage doesn’t occur. Now that being said we will give you a discount if you have your phone repaired because it is broken again.

How long does it take to repair my iPhone screen?

Typically, iPhone screen repair can be done in about 20-30 minutes. But we suggest you call ahead to see how busy we are.

What if we can’t repair your iPhone?

If we are unable to repair your iPhone, it costs nothing.
We don’t charge to diagnose or try to repair your iPhone.
